Content 1 | Ramón Ramos is located in Venialbo, in the province of Zamora. They still conserve the “ancient cellar” carved centuries ago by hand that maintains always the wines at the right constant temperature. Modern machinery is also available in order to treat the wines the best way possible. Elaboration and malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks under temperature controlled. |
