1. How long until I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days if you are in mainland UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy or Germany. The more northern and eastern countries will take 4-7 days. We usually ship orders the following business day.

2. Where will my order be delivered?

The order will be delivered to the address filled in on the provided form. Should the order be intended as a gift, then it will be sent to the address provided and the detailed bill will be included but without the price. San Jamón does not deliver to Post Office boxes!

*Due to recent border restrictions we are not able to deliver wine to to Ireland. Sending products to Isle of Man and another UK Islands implies additional costs. Please, contact us for more information.

3. Do I need to pay anything to the Delivery Person?

The possibility of getting on delivery on an international basis does not exist, so you would not have to pay anything to the person that delivers your order. Taxes and tariffs are handled by San Jamón.

4. What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

The messenger will leave a note detailing when he was there and that there was no-one to receive the delivery. An email is always automatically generated and sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibiltiy to communicate with the delivery agency if they make attempts to deliver and you are not there or the business is closed.

5. Is my information secure with San Jamón.com?

The confidentiality of our customers’ details is absolutely guaranteed because San Jamón.com is a secure website and all personal information given will only be used to send you your order and for billing purposes. Under no circumstance will your personal information be sold or given to third parties.

6. What happens if I should not be satisfied with my order?

Our objective is to reach the maximum level of customer satisfaction not only with our products but also with our service. A product will have to be returned to be able to be exchanged or refunded. Refunds cannot be made after 15 days of you having received the product.

7. To which countries does San Jamón.com send product?

8. How do I redeem my coupon discount?
