Delivery Information

 

Zone 1 - All orders regardless of weight until €199 will incur a shipping charge of €13.95 for the following countries: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, United Kingdom.

Zone 2 - All orders regardless of weight until €199/£110 will incur a shipping charge of €15.95 for the following countries: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping is via Fedex or UPS for all international orders. Orders are typically shipped within 12 hours of receiving them, on the following business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery transport agency´s said delivery date will be made on said date.

International carriers will attempt delivery three times, generally on three consecutive business days. Depending on the location of the delivery, they will leave a note if you are not there and ask that you provide information regarding possible changes to delivery (i.e. can leave with neighbor or front desk). Carriers will not call you until after the three attempts are made and the package has returned to their local facilities, just before it is processed to be returned to us. You will be charged for us to resend it to you. Carriers will not have access to special entry instructions unless they were explicitly written on your shipping address details.

Shipping to the UK, Ireland, France and Italy takes 3-4 business days. Shipping to Germany, Austria and Denmark takes 3-4 days, Scandinavia takes 5-6 business days. Shipments to the U.S. can be made by special order. Please email info@sanjamon.com.

The shipping costs include all taxes and insurance.

*Due to recent border restrictions we are not able to deliver wine to to Ireland. Sending products to Isle of Man and another UK Islands implies additional costs. Please, contact us for more information.

REFUNDS

It may happen that our product does not meet your expectations. All refund petitions must be made within 10 working days of receiving the product. After 10 days, we cannot guarantee a refund will be honored. We will not pick up returned products. Depending on the agreement reached, we will either issue a monetary refund, credit to your San Jamón account or a replacement.
