Bellota Jamón Ibérico Gran Reserva. Average leg weight: 9 kilos.The jamón ibérico is acorn-fed pork raised humanely on our farm in a village in Castilla y León. We cured the ham for many years.
A sold-wood holder.
San Jamón supplies the cutting utensils from the famous Cuperinox factory in Albacete. The shape of the cutting blade, long, thin, narrow and sharp, allows for close cutting. The flexibility will allow you to follow the shape of the ham. A wood handle adds an elegant touch.
