3x Marino Cepeda Verdejo, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León. Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant, fresh and of great intensity of fruit, citrics and balsamic notes. The palate is broad, sweet and refreshing. Ideal to pair with all types of baked fish and fish, as well as shellfish and fresh cheese. Service temperature: From 8 to 10 ºC.

3x Hermelo Rosado, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León. A 100% Prieto Picudo rosado. The prieto variety is indigenous to the León area and is not to be grown anywhere else in the world. It is simple with straightforward strawberry and raspberry aromas on both the nose and palate. A vibrant red is highlighted with bluish glints. A racy acidity and soft mouthfeel make this a balanced, if not a little simple, wine. It should be enjoyed without prejudice in the company of good friends before a home-cooked meal preferably with fish and a fruit dessert. Best serve at 10ºC.

3 x Arroyo Joven, Ribera del Duero. Intense red color, with violet shines. Clean and brilliant. In the nose, it is clean, intense, fruity (black and red ripen fruits) with a subtle flowery aroma. In the palate, it is fresh, balanced, velvety, with a good structure. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the ripen fruit aromas. Service temperature 14ºC Ideal to pair with appetizers, red meat and roasts.
