White tuna is individually line caught with fishing rod o similar methods, this age-old technique of selective fishing, respects the environment and protects marine reserves. Costera select and quickly transport in cold (0-4ºC) tunas, to later pack them in olive oil and in a glass bottle. It offers an exquisite flavour and delicate texture for the palate.
The Brand
Conservas Costera is located in north of Spain, specifically in Gijón. Almost a century of tradition passed down through 4 generations. With the utmost care in all the processes, careful selection of fish and raw materials. The Costera products are elaborated artisanally with fishes and seafoods from the Cantabrian Sea. Products follow a rigorous health controls, quality and traceability, using only natural products without preservatives and additives.
