I'm Going to Spark (Sparkling Case of 12)

2x Corte Delle Calli Prosecco DOC Treviso "String Cork". Sparkling Prosecco (with the string-tied cork) reminds one of its more ancient “sur lie” version. The wine pours a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity, with good intensity. It has a fresh flavour, and to the palate the wine is pleasant and harmonious. Serving suggestion: An ideal aperitif wine, it also goes well with appetizers, white meats and fish. Serving temperature: 7-9°C

2x Mionetto Prosecco DOC Extra Dry. This sparkling wine has a lovely fruity and floral nose and palate with notes of honey, acacia and apricot. Smooth, yet dry on the palate. Serving temperature 6° - 8°C. Ideal any time of the day, an excellent crisp, light, versatile wine.

3x Cavas Hill Brut from Catalunya is a blend of 50% xarel·lo, 35% macabeo 35% and 15% parellada. The bottles are kept to age in their underground caves for 12 months. 11.24 g residual sugar in one 750 ml bottle. Alcohol is 11.9%. 

5x Cava Bellisco. A sparkling wine based on the best clusters of xarel·lo, parellada and macabeo and whose alcohol content is 11º. Serve between 5º and 7ºC.
