Straw yellow. Intense, clean, fresh, with a great concentration of aromas of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and some light citric notes at the bottom. An elegant acidity, which balances an entry slightly sweet and brings a long and very nice finish, which provides a feeling of freshness and purity with a vibrant finish. Perfect to pair with white and blue fish. Best serve at 8º-10ºC.
