Mitarte Tercera Hoja Madurado uses a unique type of grape: Tempranilo. It begins its elaboration with a process of fermentation that lasts 8 days. Maceration after fermentation process lasts 3 more days. After the fermentation and maceration, they carry it to new casks of French and American oak, where it will be kept for four months.
