Details

Intense cherry-red color, with lively purple glints. Clean and brilliant. On the nose it is fresh, fruity (black and red ripen fruits) with milk hints. On the palate, it is balanced, with a good structure. Service temperature 12ºC-14ºC Ideal to pair with appetizers, red meat and roasts.

The wine produced at Bodega Cooperativa Santa Ana comes from their 80 to 100 years vines, that cover almost 400 hectares in Peñaranda de Duero, Burgos. They produce excellent grapes of the Tinta del País variety as well as Albillo del País, treated with great care. Plots are harvested manually when the grapes reach their optimum ripeness.

100% Tinta del país from their own vineyards placed in Peñaranda de Duero, Burgos. After manual harvest fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature 25º C for 7 days.
